Hi, I'm new working with Illumina's NGS technology, I'm using the FGx forensic kit, I'de got a high value of prephasing, a low density of clusters and several samples with low results, incomplete genetic profiles, my question is, if this can due to the high prephasing?

High value for pre-phasing could be symptom rather than the cause. More info on phasing:
