microRNA sequencing - analysis software

We are planning our first project on the Ion Torrent PGM, which will involve microRNA sequencing, but I am wondering about suitable software for the data analysis.

Could you recommend any open-source software for this purpose or will we have to go for a commercial solution? I see there is a lot of software available, but there is currently very little information about its usefullness for Ion Torrent data.

Any of the public tools should be able to accept PGM data.
