    Proton sequencing and analysis times

    Does anyone know how long it really takes to sequence and analyze an exome on a Proton? Marketing literature indicates 2 hours for sequencing, but posters and various presentations say 4 hours .

    For example: http://resource.lifetechnologies.com...eq%20Exome.pdf

    And how long to process / analyze the data? Can sequencing still happen during that time?
