Hi Guys,
We're experiencing difficulties....with RNA seq
We start with the fragmented RNA ~30ng(according to the Pico Bioanalyzer chip), build the library with the AB lib builder then amplify and barcode...should be pretty straight forward but then on the high sensitivity bioanalyzer....we see nothing but a little set of primer....
I was wondering how people are doing, is the success rate high for other groups.....?
