In the past Complete Genomics publicly hosted 69 Genomes on their FTP server (ftp2.completegenomics.com). At some point in time, the FTP server was removed, so now it is no longer possible to download this data from their website. A long shot, but does anyone here happen to have the data saved? The .vcf files for some of these samples can be found at the European Nucleotide Archive (accession PRJEB6902). However, I require the either the masterVarBeta or var files of these 69 samples. I tried sending an email to [email protected] but it could not be delivered.
