I was reading information about a whole plasmid sequencing service using Nanopore technology, without the need to prepare libraries. And they take 1 working day to deliver results, so it's really really very fast.
Have any of you made any attempt to sequence plasmids without library preparation? How did you linearize it?
I have the idea of doing it with a fast incubation with Tn5, but I'm not sure.
