Low number of Reads
Hi everyone, please i need an urgent reply to this issue.
I loaded a 20ng pool with 48 samples on a flowcell on gridIon. However, the total read after 72 hours was just 1.4million. I did all QC to ascertain its now the pool but they are all good. Who else have experienced something like this before.
