Throughput of 3500 Genetic Analyzer from Applied Biosystems
I have a question regarding a '3500 Genetic Analyzer' (Applied Biosciences). We want to buy a sanger sequencing machine, but have no idea of what we should expect to get. Does anyone here has such a machine, or some insider information of what you can get out of this machine (in real life)?

What is the throughput per run?
What is the run time for one run?
How much would one run cost (chemicals, etc.)?
