We're looking for trial users for our new workflow-as-a-service framework, specifically for users of BWA. Come run your single-end, paired-end or indexes on the NACC framework. Because we've implemented accelerators within our framework, i.e. FPGA's, we're typically seeing speedups of roughly 8x over existing solutions. In exchange for your feedback, you'll be able to run your jobs for free. All you need to do is to tell us what works and what doesn't work, or maybe you have a feature request.
