I have a suggestion, I do not know which is right or not. Because many biologists do not have computer background, they can not understand some bioinformatic tools and softwares. And many bioinformatic expert do not have biology background, they can find something but they do not know the biological value. So I suggest to open a bioinformatics subforum for people of non-computer background. And maybe there is a area for biological problems in next generation sequencing for computer expert.
