Clinical Sequencing IT

Hi all,

I am looking for some information around how institutions are handling their clinical sequencing data.

1) Are outsourcing the analysis? If not are you using a commercial tool or home grown pipeline?

2) What data are you retaining and for how long? FASTQ, BAM/SAM, reports

3) How are you delivering report? Are you integrated with a EMR system.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
