transcription factor discovery on fungus

Hello, I am looking at the non transcribed region of candida albicans' genome for protein binding sites. I think that it is useless to look at databases like TRANSFAC or JASPER, since the transcption factor binding sites are probably not documented for candida albicans...
So what should I do? is there a way to predict binding sites? I found several tools that claim to do that but I am sure what to use.
