    Automated library prep Apollo-Wafergen for bisulfite converted DNA?

    Hi there,
    I was wondering if any of you had experienced or tried using the automated DNA library prep kit from Wafergen (DNA PrepX ILM) on the Apollo instrument with bisulfite converted DNA as starting material?

    Is there any reason why the Apollo protocol wouldn't work for this type of material ?

    I am new to epigenetics and trying to figure out if I could make my life easier by using the automated library prep Apollo instrument we have in our lab!
