Hi folks,
Im trying to retrieve the sequence of the SVA insertion nssv14068694 - nsv3076676 (dbVar page here). From the HGVS code ( NC_000001.11:g.1377358_1377359ins1267 ) I know it is a 1267 bp insertion. I cant figure out where & how to find the actual sequence. I didnt find any relevant discussions anywhere either. Any ideas?
To clarify, I dont want coordinates, only the inserted sequence. And since I have around 6000 entries to retrieve, it would be great if there is an option to input a list and get all of the corresponding sequences.
