Does any one know if there are any standard summary statistics and metric files available for viewing anywhere? If not, is there any non-standard summary reports available. I'm looking for relatively simply metrics, like alignment %, Coverage, GC content, % bases > 10x, etc. Not limited to anything though. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What are you looking to get from those?
There are tens of publicly available sequence data sets in SRA. You can choose something that interests you and create your own reports.
