Hi, totally new to this area, I've got some 454 16S data run through QIIME by another group, for diversity profiling. Data has been demultiplexed + assigned to taxomomic identities using GreenGenes 4/2/2011. I am installing QIIME on my computer so that I can get a better feel for how it works, but I wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of other tools I can use with this data in the meantime. Mainly I'd like to give some identity to all the bacteria that currently fall under "Other" and to produce some nice plots. Thanks for any help.
