how to make a matrix of OTU abundance in each sample

hi all，
I'm doing some analysis in 454 data. I have picked Operational Taxonomic Units (OTUs) based on sequence similarity within the reads, and picked a representative sequence from each OTU.Then assign the each representative sequence of OTU to a taxonomic identity using RDP classifier. my question is how to make a readable matrix of OTU abundance in each sample ?

what are you using to do all of this? I'm assuming QIIME by the steps you listed so far.
