Any Available uniform cufflinks masking file

Out of curiosity, is there an accepted and widely used masking file for use with cufflinks to filter out ribosomal transcripts? I am trying to avoid reinventing the wheel. I realize it is a fairly trivial problem in that I have to simply pull from a master gtf/gff file the gene/ids that I want to filter, but surely someone has already done this?
