Hi,everyone .recently I am studying RNA-seq and related analysis . one thing I am quite interested in is the randomness assessment . To make it clearer ,we need to know how reads are distributed on the whole genome ,such as the coverage and depth of coverage . Does anyone know any tools or softwares to help me to do this . Just like the picture I give below.(Blue represents gene number ,red coverage ,green log2(reads number),and x is the whole genome or just one chromosome)
