Hi everyone. I try to sequence small rna from insects. I've prepared 4 total RNA samples and send to company for solexa sequencing, and the results shows that one sample is not as good as expected. But this sample is really important for the whole design, so can anybody help me that will the quality of the sample affect the result a lot according to the quality control test below:
the 4 sample were prepared at same time and with same condition. I do hope this sample above can still sequenced with the other three. so from the result, will it be ok?
