    how to identify siRNA?

    hello,everyone,
    i have sequencing the small RNA through GAII platform, i have analysised the microRNA, but now,i have a problem that i do not kown how to identify the siRNA reads,even they are 24nt most of them.i want to identify the siRNA and calculate their expression and target. is there somebody know how to do ,sincerely thanks!

          You can download Flickr from the Illumina website. I'm not saying it's the best but it's what they use.
