    A rookie's question: how to deal with this RPKM data.

    I am unfamiliar with NGS analysis. I have got data on transcriptome of several cell lines ( see below). I only got RPKM data without information of read sequence. I want to visialize this data (species: pig) to compare the expression level in different cell lines. How can I begin analysing this dataset in Galaxy?What software is suitable for analysing this data. thank you!
