SpliceMap gene annotation files

Hi

I'm trying to find the gene annotation file ( all.gene.refFlat.txt - gene annotation from Ensembl, RefSeq and knowngene ) to find novel junctions in SpliceMap.
Anyone knows where I can find this file to Arabidopsis Thaliana ?
