Has anyone noticed that libraries made from B Cells have a lower clustering efficiency? We made several libraries from B Cell RNA which looked great by Bioanalyzer and QPCR but they gave half the number of expected clusters. To be sure there wasn't an error in quantification we repeated the KAPA QPCR and it gave the correct concentration.
