creating a normalized cDNA library

Hi,
I am wondering what everyone uses to create normalized cDNA libraries (eukaryotic transcriptome). I've read about the Trimmer kit here from Evrogen, any others? Just looking for a quality kit that's not prohibitively expensive for doing ~50 samples. Or perhaps not a kit at all?
