compare Cuffdiff output to microarray data?

Dear RNA-Seq researchers:

I just compeleted one set of mRNA seq data analysis using Tophat/Cufflinks workflow. Cuffdiff gives me many output files. My sample has microarray data already. Among the many Cuffdiff outputs, the gene_exp.diff file should be one that can be directly compared to microarray data. Is that correct?
