Validating RNA-Seq Tags

Hi everyone,

I have RNA-Seq data for some repeats and I am trying to understand if there is a way to know if the Tags I found actually belong to the repeat ?

Is there a way to confirm that Tags I find actually belong to that particular repeat ?
