    PAR-CLIP transition question. Please Help! Thank you!

    Hi all,

    Thanks for reading. I just wonder whether 4SU/6SG is able to covalently cross link to protein even without UV 365 irradiation.

    If the control is just to IP the protein from cell w/o 365, and then process the samples in the same protocol as crosslinked one (unable to avoid light), is it possible to see crosslinking in the labeling gel, please?
