    accesing gene name RNAseq

    hi
    i am tryn to analysize RNAseq data by Kallisto to get the gene read count. after I get them, how can I reach to the gene I want? because it wont give me the every name of the gene, right?

    would be great if you can help me

      kalisto will give you a count matrix with all genes. what do you mean by reaching to the gene you want?
