Bedtools in Galaxy

I am trying to run Bedtools using Galaxy. The "Convert from Bam to Bed" runs fi ne. When I try running "Create a Bedgraph..." it asks for a Database/Build via a drop down menu. I am using a custom reference sequence. How can I access this and proceed?
