New to RNA-seq analysis

Hello there,

I have RNA-seq results, and I want to present the expression of certain genes between two samples in a scatterplot and a heat map. I was wondering whether there are any free software out there that I can use to do them. I don't have any bioinformatics knowledge so it needs to be something straight forward in application.

It is depends what is the type of your results. If it is a tab delimited text file, you can use LibreOffice.
