According to some references, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) is composed of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) with long transcript length (>200 nt).
I'm wondering how I can know the length distribution of all publicly available lncRNAs? Are many lncRNAs greater than 1,000 nt? How long is the maximum lncRNAs at present?
Thanks!
