What mRNA-input for cDNA sequencing?
Hi there,
We want to start sequencing mRNA on the Roche 454 machine, therefore we first want to remove ribosomal RNA. To make a cDNA library you normally start with 200 ng total RNA, now we want to start with mRNA (this is about 1% of the total RNA) Does anybody know or have experience how much input of mRNA I'll need for making the cDNA library?
