    Denovo assembly-SOapdenovo2

    Sir,
    I am trying soapdenovo2 in DNA nexus for the first time. I couldnt run the program. Iit is showing that
    "TypeError: main() takes at least 6 arguments (12 given)" as error
    Can u help me with this

      It means that you can too many arguments to SOAPdenovo. Without seeing the exact command line you gave to the program I doubt if anyone will be able to any more help than that.
