Sources for comparative/experimental transcriptomics with non model organisms

Hello,

Does anyone happen to know any good sources where people have used non-model organisms to compare transcritome expression between 2 different treatments/samples?

Something along the lines of a species being treated with a hormone vs not or something?

I'm trying to find sources myself, but they seem to be far and between.
