    statisctics for common genes form DESeq2-edgeR-Cuffdiff

    Dear Everyone,
    I have gone through 3 DGE analyses DESeq2, edgeR, Cuffdiff and finally I have obtained a list of DGE common for all three methods. What you would advise to as a statistical test common for three methods (from each method I've got fold change and p-value and no idea what to do further with that...)

    Data variability is still an issue in sequencing technologies despite the advances in reproducibility and accuracy of these platforms. But the problem does not originate in the sequencing itself, but in the previous steps, before the sample reaches the sequencer.

    The first step is collection, followed by preservation and sample preparation for analysis. Most scientists overlook those steps, but not being careful might just be skewing the experiment’s results.
