    Kits for DGE on Illumina GA/HiSeq

    Dear all,

    We're planning to do some Digital Gene Expression using Illumina's HiSeq 2000. As Illumina has stopped selling their own 3'-DGE kits, I would like to know which commercial kits are out there and if any of you have used them, successfully.
    I only found a product from NUGEN.
