SpliceR- Splice Graphs and Alternative Splicing

Hi everyone,

Has anyone used spliceR for RNA-seq in Arabidopsis?.
If yes, then kindly tell me how to assign a browser other than UCSC as they dont have Arabidopsis in their stash.
