I have 8 groups with 3 replicates each. I've been working with edgeR, and doing pair-wise comparisons for the different groups. However, I'm interested in seeing which genes are unique markers across all groups at once and wanted some clarification.
The ANOVA multiple testing approach, where you add an intercept to your design matrix, compares all contrasts? Would this do what I'm asking? Or is there a difference?
