    Ontogeny between two coral species.

    Hi everyone,
    I'm sorry but I'm a newbie with a lack of informatic background!

    I have DESEQ results for 2 different coral species.

    I need to compare the results between each species and for that i need to have the ontogeny between the annotations I have for each of the 2 species. Then I would also need to have it between those species and Human and other reference species.

    Can anyone suggest me on how to do this?
