Random Hexamer Amount in cDNA Conversion - RNA Seq

Hi guys!!

Does anyone have an idea what is the amount of Random Hexamers in the 1st Strand Synthesis Mix in RNA Seq?

I use Illumina Kits but in general would like to have a rough idea (for most RNA Seq Kits)...
