I cannot get the map/match function to work. The test i ran was that I copied 5 sequences from the fasta file (that was used as the .bfa) and copied them into a quick file that was saved as a fasta then converted over to fastq then the .bfq, I tried running that but they aren't aligning. Any Ideas?
