i used the vienna package (more presicely the RNAfold distrib from there) now i get results with the minimum free energy(mfe) for every sequence. The problem i have is, that i can't find any literature to which i can compare my result. Especially i computed a normalized mfe for every sequence according to the length. But now, cause there are probably many false positives, i need to compare this.
Can you give me a hint where to find some numbers to which i can compare my results?
