Dear all,
I've prepared several small RNA libraries and have just this morning QC'd them to assess the % miRNA (120-130bp as a % of 25-150bp).
My question is how stringent is the recommendation to progress only samples with 50% or more 120-130bp? I ask as the vast majority of my samples are in the range 43-50% 120-130bp and the second round of size selection is very hands on (and perhaps prone to some sample loss)
