Hi, does anybody have any experiences with Rapid Capture protocols from Illumina, particulary for Inherited disease panel /IDP/ or Cardiomyopathy panel /CMP/, we have only 10 to 20per. reads on target /IDP/, other parameters of the run on Miseq are ok /QC, density of clusters, number of reads../, CMP doesn´t seem to work at all. We are suspicious about hybridisation steps /1.,2./. Thank you for any helpful information
