Primer sequences emPCR and sequencing primer Ion Torrent

Hi,

Does anyone know the exact sequences of the primers that are used for the clonal amplification with the Ion PGM™ Template OT2 400 Kit? In addition I like to know what the sequence is of the sequencing primer used in the Ion PGM™ Sequencing 400 Kit?
I like to know exactly where the primers bind to the A and P1 adaptors.
