I got a trouble in prepare of GS Jr 8K PE library. At step 3.5, I got eluted DNA about 30~50ng/ul. Then I follow protocol fidelity, fresh DTT was used. But at step 3.12, the library was gone after amplification. I try most methods to resolve this problem, but all were failure. I don’t know how to resolve it. May anyone can tell me how to do?
