Hi all, just wondering where you all would make the cutoff between short nucleosome-free regions and those included in a mononucleosome when looking at a High Sens Bioanalyzer trace? Attaching example where I assume the several peaks in the 100-175bp range, before the main ~200bp (mono?) peak, are nucleosome-free regions? Let me know what you all think, thanks!
