Hi,
does anybody know the lenght of "unique molecular identifiers" used to molecularly tagged amplicons in Oncomine cfDNA kit (ThermoFisher)?

Does anybody know the sequence of the common tag (next to barcode-specific sequence) used for the second amplification (performing 18 cycles) in Oncomine cfDNA protocol?
