We're currently trying to sequence a number of samples produced with the CleanTag Small RNA Library Prep Kit. We're having some problems, though, since the number of reads we're able to get is abysmally low. Does anyone have any experience with this particular kit? If so, do you have to do anything different, such as use custom sequencing primers? Since this is the only kit producing such issues on our sequencers we suspect there's something particular with it that we're just unaware of.
